Please find the forms for exhibitors for your reference in attachment. They are all about service for exhibitors in ENVEX2014.
Here is the brief information about the each form to apply to get exhibitor services in ENVEX2014 as below in each form. Please keep the deadline in each form, also.

1. Application (compulsory):  If you already make registration online, you don’t need to submit it.
2. General Service Order (optional):  It is a form to order the service for electricity, water, compressed air, parking coupon, and internet. Deadline: Deadline: May. 7, 2014
3.  Catalog Contents (compulsory):  It is free service. Each exhibitor’s information would be exposed through ENEX2014 Directory. May. 9, 2014
4. Bring in out machines or device in operation (optional):  The Exhibits should be informed to the organizer if you have any big machines or device in operation. May. 12, 2014
5. Exhibit Report (compulsory): The Exhibits are needed to be informed to the organizer May. 9, 2014
6. Exhibitor Badge order (compulsory): It is a form for free entrance badges for exhibitors May. 15, 2014
7. Catalog Advertisement (optional): It is order form in some expense for advertisement in an advertisement page in colored in ENEX2014 Directory. Deadline: May.11, 2014
8. Optional Fitting Plan (optional): Those companies installing raw booth fill out this form, detailing the subcontractors designed by COEX, including the booth drawing, list of all the workers. Relevant companies must submit the drawing of the raw stand booth and the installation process to the ENVEX2014 secretariat Deadline: June 5, 2014.
9.  Form/Seminar Application (optional): If you want to speak at the seminar for your company or your technology, you can make application with this form. Deadline: April 16, 2014.
10. Signboard (optional): If you don’t want that your company name is printed on the signboard, please be informed what letters you want by submitting this form. Deadline: May. 14, 2014
11. Manual: It is a information for all exhibitors.
